KYOCHON 1991

by Irfan Redzwan

“Kyo” means wisdom and enlightenment and “Chon” means village. The founder, Chairman Kwon, created the name “KyoChon” to remind us of the satisfying memory of our hometown when eating his uniquely fried chicken. KyoChon fried chicken has been South Korea's favourite for more than 20 years, and here's why. They fry every piece to order, crispy skin and juicy, tender meat. They brush every piece with our special Korean sauces. They use canola oil to fry our fresh, drug-free chickens. They use only natural ingredients.
